This is a striking picture of the modern church building with a pastor in the pulpit of a traditional denomination or a mega-church.
A recent study shows that 51% of people in our churches do not know what Great Commission represents. They go to church fellowships to receive God’s blessings and healing but no one is helping them to see the bigger purpose of their redemption. If you are to take this 25 part series on Christian Leadership for Missions seriously, you will have to deal with any attachment to your church building (1 Timothy 6:17-19). You will also have to focus on one main activity which is making disciples. You are smart people, get organized, and make a plan to radically transform your leadership structure under one head.
